PROJECT INITIATION:

By conducting thorough interviews with key stakeholders, we gain a comprehensive understanding of the role's requirements and organizational culture. This forms the basis of our customized search strategy, timeline and approach—incorporating deep market research, mapping key industries and companies, creating essential search documents, and benchmarking prospective candidate profiles against vital search criteria.

Engagement & Evaluation

CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT:

We leverage an extensive executive network to discover talent through introductions and referrals, initiating proactive outreach and screenings to assess interest and suitability. Through in-depth interviews, we evaluate candidates’ qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit, creating detailed profiles and assessment reports. A long list is presented for feedback, then refined into a shortlist to select top candidates for in-person client interviews.

Selection & Assimilation

SEARCH COMPLETION:

We manage interview logistics and guide the final selection process, including any additional evaluations and offer negotiations. After completing thorough reference checks, we facilitate the final offer and provide comprehensive pre- and post-hiring support. Our service includes designing an effective onboarding plan and personalized coaching for the incoming leader to ensure a seamless integration and optimal success in their new role.
