About Ron Biagini

Ron Biagini is the Founder and CEO of RC3 Partners and has spent more than three decades working with organizations on senior leadership decisions across Sports & Entertainment, Financial Services, nonprofit organizations, and growth-oriented enterprises.

His work is shaped by experience on both sides of leadership decisions—as an executive search advisor, leadership consultant, and founder. Clients value his ability to assess leadership beyond résumés, focusing on judgment, values, and the realities leaders face once they step into role.

Ron remains hands-on in every engagement, partnering closely with boards, CEOs, and HR leaders to ensure leadership decisions are made thoughtfully and supported long after the hire.

He has completed executive coaching training through the University of Georgia and holds SHRM and Everything DiSC® certifications, which inform the work but never replace experience and judgment.
